A big bonus for large groups at a fabulous price! The property has no street/car noise so no need for ear plugs and is only 4km to Adelaide Oval. You'll find a magnificent playground, park, oval around the corner. Pet Friendly, meet other dog owners on the oval at the end of the street every morning to give your doggy a run. Prospect is an very hip inner-northern suburb. Here are a few things about Prospect you should know. Prospect, can you believe, is close to 5 minutes from the city! How good is that? So close, you can even take the excellent public transport into the city. The neighbours are also very friendly, and will make you very welcome if you plan holidaying here. When you drive or stroll down Prospect Road you are in the city, but it feels more like being in a country town. It's known for it's great liveability and Prospect Road has a lot of things to do and enjoy. I won't spoil the suprises now! The area is clean and green most of the year. Public transport is excellent. The streets throughout Prospect are beautiful. The tree-lined streets with a mixture of the old bungalows to the modern 2010s houses blend in very nicely. Footpaths are well-kept. Coles is at the end of the street and some of the best restaurants and cafes along with the Prospect hub which includes a new cinema. Prospect is a residential area turned hip dining hub, where laid-back cafes and gourmet burger joints are found alongside Indian and Vietnamese restaurants. Quirky shops sell outback wear, vintage clothing and indie fashion. Prospect Gallery is known for its contemporary art shows, which include photo and video exhibits, while vibrant murals and eye-catching sculptures are scattered around the neighbourhood. Walk to the end of the street and a bus runs by every 10 min on a direct route to the city. Beautiful quiet upmarket area of Adelaide 10 min to the city straight down prospect road. Prospect road runs straight onto King William Rd our main street in the CBD It does have two bathrooms one runs off the main bedroom the other is outside. I do not charge extra for the use of the second bathroom I'd rather have it as a bonus when accommodating 6 to 8 people. Also the property has 1 queen bed in the main bedroom and a double and 2 single beds witha pull out single couch in the second bedroom. The kitchen has an additional cane couch that can be used as a single bed.
