Our home is a spacious 2 storey house with some traditional features - 2 sitting rooms and open plan kitchen diner on ground floor with wet room. 3 bedrooms, sleeping 7 and a bathroom to the first floor. TV's and super fast broadband. It makes for a lovely family holiday home or for Hikers, Cyclists and surfers. Fitted kitchen, Washing machine and dishwasher for use. The garden kitchen, has a long table and benches as well as a patio set. We have an upper and lower patio and the garden is enclosed and secure. Cycles can be stored here under cover. The host offers a private chef for hire for special celebration events in the enclosed private garden using local fishermen and butchers and local produce. Host is available by telephone 24/7 when needed. Guests will have access to the whole house and be provided with keys within a key safe accessed using digital code. The property is in the village of Pwll and front access is on the main road. The rear access is via a private lane and is secure. It is a semi rural area surrounded by trees and birdsong. The house is well situated as a gateway to West Wales via the A484. The rear garden is south facing towards the coast. It is situated 5 mins walk from Millenium coastal and cycle path and Festival Fields, Burry Port harbour is a short drive (or scenic walk) away. Pembrey country Park is a 10 minute drive. The Gower peninsula is about an hour away. Tenby an hour away. Ffos Las Racecourse 30 mins away. Coleg Sir Gar university is 5 min walk away. Trostre retail park 15 mins drive. There is an Indian takaway, a Pizza takeaway, a convenience store, chip shop and pub/restaurant along the same road as well as cafes. The house is situated near recognised cycle and walking routes. Everything you need is within walking distance including the beach. A bus stop is 1 minute from the house. LLanelli train station is a 10 minute drive. Taxis operate in the area. The A484 takes you through to explore West Wales Countryside with many famous landmarks. The drive to the Gower Peninsular is a scenic route.
