100m2 flat in high rise building with panorama view over lake+mountains. Central location close to town center, train station, motorway, shopping center, Alpamare water park. Fast train to Zurich (25 min.), Rapperswil (4'). 4 bedrooms, bath + sep. WC. Fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave .. (rice cooker on demand). Ideal for families / groups up to 8 (max. 6 adults). Well-behaved, quiet, clean pets can be allowed upon request. Taxi / pick-up service -> see below Bedding, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. The kitchen is completely equipped: with cooking stove, baking oven, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, cook-, dinner- and silverware, dish towels etc. Foreigners can borrow our guest mobile phone with a prepaid Swiss mobile phone SIM card and thus avoid expensive roaming fees when calling or receiving calls in Switzerland. We live very close by and are happy to provide you with practical infos, travel tips and any help you may need. Taxi / pick-up service: For a small surcharge we can - if we are available - pick you up with our car from Pfäffikon SZ train station: 10.- CHF up to 3 pax / 20.- CHF up to 6 pax / 30.- CHF >6 pax (with luggage). We have an excellent rating and want to do our best to maintain it - because it is extremely important in order to win new guests. Our highest goal is receive from all our guests a 5 star rating in all categories. If there is anything not 100% satisfying -> please don’t put up with it silently and then give us a lower rating (less than 5 stars) afterwards … but rather tell us immediately and uninhibitedly!
