You will be walking distance to Taylors Hill Shopping Centre with Woolworths and other specialty shops, and also a 5 min drive away from Caroline Springs Town Centre with it's large retail precinct, Westwaters Hotel and many great restaurants. A bright and cheery Townhouse with great ammenities. I have a large split cycle air conditioner in the living area, and central ducted gas heating for those cold Melbourne Winter nights. There is a secure remote control garage with rear access for your car. There is also a small courtyard and BBQ are which is great to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat on a warm evening. There is a designer kitchen with gas cook top, oven and microwave. The kitchen is all set to go with most appliances you would ever need. I'm sure you'll love the neighbourhood and my space as much as I do. You'll have access to all the facilities in my townhouse other than a third bedroom which I keep locked that contains some of my clothes and personal effects (nothing exciting). We also have high speed unlimited Internet access with a Wifi booster to ensure unfettered access throughout the townhouse. I'm currently traveling so won't be directly available although I will answer any queries promptly. I do have a caretaker/cleaner that lives 5 mins away for any immediate concerns. A great location with jogging tracks, lakes and plenty of greenery. Ravenhall VLine Train Station is 7km away / 14min drive. Bus stop is a short 50m walk from the front door.
