Villa on the seaside with two separate appartments. 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 terraces, WiFi, sat-TV, 2 dishwashers, washing machine. Our comfortable villa is located on the nortwestern slope of Ansedonia and has a beautiful view over Orbetello with it's lagoon, the pine forest and the 6 km beach Feniglia from Ansedonia to Cala Galera at the shore of Monte Argentario. Entire house for 6 ppl. Two completely autonomous apartments. The larger apartment (first floor, two bedrooms) has a phantastic view over Orbetello, the lagoons, the pineta up to Talamone and Elba. The smaller one (ground-floor, one bedroom) has garden-view. Both apartments have sat-tv, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. Roof-terrace, terrace first floor, several sitting areas in the garden... Ansedonia is located about 140 km north of Rome on a small hill directly at the sea. Scent of macchia, cirping cicadas and lovely houses in a relaxed atmosphere of people recharging their batteries makes for a very relaxing holiday on the seaside. Except for August, when it gets a bit more crowded, Ansedonia is a very calm place... Besides the long beaches, there are lots of things to discover: first of all the roman town "Cosa" right on top of Ansedonia. The pine forest "pineta" invites for long strolls, you can swim, sail, surf, play Golf at the Argentario Golf Club, ride on horseback, rent bicycles, go scuba-diving, visit Rome, Siena, go bird-watching on the lagoon of Orbetello, visit Niki de St. Phalle's tarot garden, see all the Etruscan places, dip into the hot springs in Saturnia or just sit under a sunshade with a good book... Obligatory end-cleaning 210,- € through AirBnB Bedsheets and towels included Imposta di soggiorno/Tourist tax 1,50€ per day per person older than 14 years, maximum 7 days to be paid additionally Due to technical reasons it is not possible to charge electrical cars!
