Simple elegance-Small Bedroom

My renovated 2 bedroom apartment has a real holiday feel to it: it's across the sea and walking/cycling path,10 minutes drive to the city, near public transports and Sunday markets. And it's a great place to relax at the end of the day. The apartment is upstairs in a two story complex but it has it’s own entrance and the living/dining room is big, bright and sunny and looks out over the sea. This bedroom is small but bright and airy and there is a big window looking out on tree tops and at high tide you can hear the waves coming to shore. The whole apartment including your bedroom is air conditioned when needed. . I have two more listing, one for the whole apartment and one for a big bedroom. If you book one of the bedrooms I use the other one so it is you and I sharing, not another airbnb guest. The kitchen is brain new and very well appointed; you can use cooking supply like oil, salt, spices, condiments etc.. Same with the laundry: it is well appointed and you can use the detergent. There is a swimming pool in the complex or you can walk for 15 min on a walking/cycling path along the sea and beaches and get to what must be the best ever located public swimming pool that has 180 degree sea view. There is no TV but internet access and you can watch TV programs or one of my dvds on your lap top. There is yoga equipment available for you if you are that way inclined. I am a pretty quiet and non-intrusive person but love to meet people and have a chat when we both feel like it. During the day I am in and out of home and can help with any questions you may have. I teach at night so you will have the place to yourself then. I can also give you lifts here and there when I am available including picking you up and dropping you off at the airport when I can; it's just a 10 minute drive away. An airport taxi ride is about $15. The neighbourhood's greatest asset is a beautiful walking/cycling path that runs along ochre/orange cliffs and white sand beaches and lush green trees and bushes for kilometres. You can pick one of the many grassy spots to lay down your pick nick and enjoy the sunset. A pleasant 8-10 minutes walk will get you to some shops and a bus stop where you can catch a bus that will take you to the city in 15-20 minutes. It would take you about 10-15 minutes to drive to the city. The popular Nightcliff Sunday markets are just a short walk away and offer great food, arts and crafts and live music. If you book a tour with any tour company they will pick you up from the apartment.
