Outdoor grill and picnic area on 1/2 an acre. Sidewalks set back 20 ft from road. Great for a morning stroll, run or dog walk. Close to both downtown Amherst (10 minutes) and Northampton (15 minutes), and right off of Route 91 (5 minutes). Walking distance to an award winning restaurant, The Blue Heron, plus the more casual Bridgeside Grille and Goten for great sushi. Walk to the Millstone Market for all the amenities you need, including locally grown produce and excellent meats and seafood. Walk to town library, elementary school, boat/kayak launch into the Connecticut River. Across the street from a stop on the UMass bus route.
