Peaceful B&B with great views (twin bed room)

Expect a warm welcome & delicious breakfast at our B&B in Feock. Set in the countryside overlooking the Fal Estuary, it's a great place from which to explore Cornwall, with woodland walks & beaches and gardens within 20 mins. The twin room has lovely traditional beds and is very spacious with a sofa and TV, with kettle and tea making facilities, so that you can relax with a nice cup of tea (or a glass of gin!) It has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.Breakfast is included in the price Trevilla House is well situated for visiting Trelissick Gardens, or taking the ferry over to the Roseland Peninsula for some lovely walks. Truro and Falmouth are within a 20 minute drive and the beaches of the north coast are 25-30 mins. There's a good local pub a 30-40min walk away or 3 minute drive. Catch a foot ferry from Trelissick to St Mawes and back again and leave your car at Trevilla. Alternatively take the King Harry Ferry (cars) and explore the Roseland Peninsula You'll have access to your bedroom and ensuite bathroom. It is accessed by our stair case but we do not have a lift. The bath has a hand rail on the bath and shower over the bath - there is a shower non rubber mat provided. Trevilla House is not wheelchair friendly. Breakfast is served in the conservatory overlooking the estuary. . If you need any advice on places to visit during your stay, my husband and I are happy to help! Feock is a village near Truro and has its own pebble beach offering watersports and tuition. Trevilla is very near Trelissick gardens with spectacular views of the Fal Estuary (National Trust) and there is a the King Harry Ferry which takes you and your car across to the Roseland Peninsula (5 minutes) There are taxis which you can book but they travel from Truro. There is a train station in Truro as well. We have no regular buses. Check in time is usually 5-6pm. Please let us know if this is inconvenient. Check out time is by 11 am on day of departure. We have an elderly small dog and I have had to take the decision that we can no longer invite small children as I would hate it if something happened. Trevilla is not wheel chair friendly with no lift up to your rooms - There are three wide granite steps to the entrance and a wide staircase to the half landing with a further three wide steps to your landing The bathrooms have grab rails and a shower over them. Guest with mobility problems that present a difficulty using stairs /steps might face difficulties
