Two minutes from the shops but a world away in terms of peace and quiet. Separate room, bath and lounge available. We welcome people from all walks of life. Large space available. Two queen bedrooms are available, with private TV lounge, and separate toilet, and bathroom with shower for Airbnb guests’ use only. Filter water on tap. Books available to borrow during your stay. Free wifi. We usually only have one guest staying at a time but occasionally, during peak periods, there may be another guest, which means sharing the communal spaces. Can use limited kitchen facilities on request. Tea, coffee and toaster available at any time. Pool and patio area available for guest use. Washing machine and outdoor line available on request for reasonable use only. Either myself or my husband will be available during your stay. We are more than happy to give you ideas about where to go, and what's available close by. We are very close to lots of amenities. Our neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. It is a family area with beautiful bush land out the back. There is a fabulous cycle/walking track at the back of the house that is great for evening exercise. We are very close to the Ipswich CBD (5 min drive) and the Riverlink Shopping centre, where there are lots of options for food. The CBD has some trendy and delicious cafes and restaurants. We are close to the bus stop, which goes to the train station, and the train station is a 5 minute drive away by car. We are close to the Brassall shopping centre, McDonalds, KFC and a sushi bar. There is a private TV lounge for your use during your stay. The bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity, with a separate toilet. There is a small bar fridge, kettle, tea and coffee available in the lounge. No smoking is allowed on the property.
