Charming countryside home 35 minutes from Lucca

Charming countryside home located in a small peaceful hamlet, just 10 minutes by car from Barga, one of the 100 most beautiful Italian medieval villages and 35 minutes from Lucca. With 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, it is ideal for families and large groups. The house has 2 floors and 2 entrances. From the main door you go up a flight of stairs, and on the right you find "Camera del Fattore", a double room with ensuite bathroom (complete with shower). On the left you find a big hallway, the living room, the kitchen, another smaller double bedroom ("Camera Siva") and a big bathroom (complete with shower as well). From the kitchen you can go out in one terrace. From the hallway, you go up another flight of stairs and you find a big family room with a double bed and a single bed ("Camera Padronale", and another small bedroom, with a single bed ("Camera del Pittore"). On this floor you have a third small bathroom, with wc and sink (no shower) and a big terrace with a beautiful view. 1st room is en-suite, with a king size bed: it is located on the right of the entrance, separated from the rest of the house, so it give you a lot of privacy. The 2nd room, with a king size bed as well, is next to the kitchen and with direct access to the big bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, oven and dishwasher. On the first floor we have a beautiful big family room, another small room and a small bathroom. You can also enjoy a big terrace with nice views on the countryside. The family room has a king size bed and a single bed, and we can add another single bed is needed, the small room has a single bed. On this floor there is a small bathroom (without shower). Guests have access to the entire house. We will be always available by phone, text or email for any information you should need. Here you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the big cities, take a break and relax. You will enjoy a good night's sleep, with only sounds of nature to keep you company. Meantime, you will be only 10 minutes by car from Barga, one of 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, and only 35 minutes by car from the enchanting city of Lucca. Due to its location, the best way to reach L'Antico Borgo is by car. Price includes hot water, wifi, electricity, linen, cleaning fee. The only thing not included is the heating (from October to April). The house is heated with a wood pellet boiler, and the price for heating is based on your consumption.
