This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a lovely Viennese-style building in a quiet area next to Schoenbrunn Palace Park . Vienna's city center can be reached within 10 minutes from the nearby underground station. The cosy apartment has typically Viennese features such as high ceilings , double doors and original parquet floors , which blend perfectly with the modern and sophisticated interior design . It has been entirely renovated and consists of a living room and a bedroom for 2 people, as well as an entrance hall with integrated kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. My guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. Towels, tea towels and linen are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, dishwasher , fridge, kettle,toaster, coffee machine and all dishes . ll be at the disposal of my hosts for all kind of questions, and the fact that I'm living next door makes communication easy. The area is a quiet residential one with lots of greenery, yet conveniantly located . The vast Schönbrunn Palace gardens are located on the doorstep and are perfect for long sightseeing tours, jogging laps, a visit to the world's oldest zoo or a swim at the Schönbrunn public pool . Some cosy restaurants and bars have opened in the neighbourhood. There is a supermarket with bakery and a pharmacy around the corner, shopping within walking distance is also offered at the Meidling market and pedestrian zone. Public transport: The underground station ' Schönbrunn ' is at a 7 minute walk, a short ride on the line U4 will take you to the city centre. In the nights before Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, the subway even runs around the clock. In the immediate vicinity, the 9A bus line is shuttling between the underground lines U4 and U6 ( Meidling railway station ) . From the airport you can take the CAT (City Airport Train) or the much cheaper S-Bahn line S7 to Wien Mitte / Landstrasse train station and then take the U4 direction Hütteldorf . Parking in the street right outside is billable and limited to 3 hours a day, from monday to friday between 9am and 7pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, street parking is free of charge. Arriving from the A1 motorway, there is a park&ride car park in Hütteldorf with direct access to the U4 underground line. Covered parking costs 3,40 € a day or 14€ a week for holders of a public transport pass.
