The Ffarm Flat at Ffarm Country House

The Ffarm is a magnificent Grade II listed historic manor house set in 2 acres of gardens and dates from 1706. The Ffarm Flat is a delightful private self catering apartment at the rear of the Ffarm with a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area and a separate en-suite double bedroom it provides an ideal base for a couple wishing a little independence. Situated just 5 miles inland from the sea it is well placed for those wishing to explore the North Wales coast and Snowdonia. In the bedroom we provide bedding, pillows, towels, bathrobes, soap & shampoo. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room. In the kitchen we provide complimentary tea & coffee and a welcome pack (milk, cereals, bread butter & jam). There is free wi-fi for guests. The restaurant at Ffarm Country House is open to guests staying at the Ffarm Flat but booking is essential (see the Ffarm Food page of our website for opening times and our menus). The village of Betws-yn-Rhos has a local shop & post office plus a pub (the Wheatsheaf Inn) that serves food. Mobile coverage in the village is limited to O2 & Vodaphone (sorry). We live at the Ffarm and are available to help - simply come to the hotel reception and ring the bell.
