The Cottage at The Florence, Wye Valley

Cottage is located in the heart of the stunning Wye Valley. We are 9m from Chepstow and 5m from Monmouth. Offas Dyke footpath access from our grounds. Local fisheries. We are on a main bus route (69). There is 6 acres of amazing gardens and woodlands with jaw dropping views of the valley and river Wye. The cottage has two double and a quadruple room all ensuite, a lounge, small but functional kitchen and outside seating area. There is no shortage of historic and fun activities in the vacinity. Use of the cottage and outside seating area. Guests may also explore the gardens and nearby walks. We are sure you'll love the views and if your lucky you may spot the local wildlife including deers, birds of prey and many other species of birds. Nearest pubs are in Llandogo, St Briavels and Redbrook. The nearest shop is in Llandogo. The nearest Post Office is in Redbrook and Monmouth has a Lidl, M&S food hall, Iceland and Waitrose. As well as lots of lovely places to eat out. Check in from 3pm -9pm. Check out 10am We also run a tea shop and all guests staying at the cottage can purchase food or drinks with a discount of 25% as and when it’s open (weather permitting). We appreciate our privacy, but we are here if you need any help or information. We love living in the countryside. We don't have neighbours but the locals are very friendly. We are in the heart of the Wye Valley and surrounded by lots of beautiful places of interest such as Tintern Abbey, many Castles, lots of walks/trails. Nearby fisheries. Our property is on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean. Parking for several vehicles at the cottage. We are on the local bus route which goes from Chepstow to Monmouth the whole stretch of the valley. There is a travel cot (bedding not provided) available for infants. Young children must be supervised in the grounds at all times. A (one) well behaved dog welcomed, must be kept on the lead whilst in the grounds and any mess cleared after it. No pets on furniture.
