The apartment is fully self-contained with a separate entrance and consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and dining area. The house is situated on the edge of the town of Magnac Laval which is a 15 minute walk away. The town has an inter marche, several small shops, a cafe restaurant in the square and gym. The golf course at Montmorillon is a 30 minute drive and the city of Limoges a 45 minute drive. For the more adventurous there is rock climbing, canoeing and cycle runs at the CPA Lathus centre or horse riding at the equestrian centre. For a more relaxed time you can enjoy sunbathing on the terrace, a refreshing swim in the pool, fire up the bbq on our outdoor dining area or walking in the local countryside. Access is via gates with private parking. Guest are free to use the garden, terraces and pool We are available to greet guest and help with any questions they have. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, so much so that the local farmer can sometimes be seen riding his horse bareback when tending his Hurd of cows and sheep. This is a rural area without being remote the local town of Magnac Laval is a 15 minute walk away and there is easy access to the main towns of Limoges and Poitiers. We love the peaceful atmosphere and the fresh air which is the cleanest in Europe To get the most from the area a car would be the best option. There will be a welcome pack on arrival with the essentials tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk etc. We can provide golf clubs for those who play golf.
