Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac a five minute downhill walk to the popular beach and village of Perranporth, Droskyn Corner is a perfect property for a couple or family with a baby. One small dog is also welcome. The property is attached to the owner's house but is completely self-contained with a separate entrance, garden with decking/garden furniture and parking. Newly refurbished, this spacious property is light and airy, with views over the valley from both the bedroom and the garden. The front door opens into the kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with a small freezer, microwave and washing machine. A clothes airer is also provided. A shower room is fitted with shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail. The lounge/diner is furnished with a small table and 2 chairs, a comfy chair, a 2-seater sofa, a TV and DVD player. A spacious L-shaped bedroom enjoys lots of light from its 3 windows and has a king-sized bed, bedroom furniture and space to set up a travel cot (which can be provided on request). Outside, there is parking space for 1 car and Droskyn Corner benefits from its own garden space with decking, a small lawn and garden furniture, in an area that enjoys a lot of sun. The entire apartment, which has it's own entrance, garden with decking and parking. We live next door and are happy to provide help and advice when required. Droskyn Corner is a perfect location if you enjoy a car-free holiday. The village, beach and spectacular South West coast path are only a 5 minute walk down the hill. The village has numerous small shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, ATMs and a post office. The beach is a magnificent 3 mile stretch of soft golden sand. It is a popular surf spot but also has many areas for safe swimming, with life guards operating throughout the main season. Perranporth is also a great spot to explore Cornwall from. Only 8 miles from the catherdral city of Truro and Newquay's beautiful beaches and within an easy 40 minute drive to Falmouth, Eden Project and St Ives. Pets: 1 dog is welcome. Please do not allow it on the furniture or leave unattended in the property. Thank you.
