Comfy sofa and armchairs for relaxing and plenty of space for an additional mattress or we can make up the sofa for a child. Small table suitable for laptop working or dining with 2 x chairs. Don’t hesitate to send a message or email. Lovely quite leafy area and only 20 min train ride to central London. Shortlands is the nearest train station (and local pub), but the cafes, restaurants and parks of Beckenham are nearby, as is Bromley with its excellent shopping facilities. Shortlands, Beckenham and Bromley South train stations are all very close by along with plenty of bus routes. This is a family home and therefore there may be some noise of footsteps, voices, TV - general living! We do try our best to keep the noise down.
