Homely Beachside Apartment in Newquay Town Centre

Recently renovated stylish ground floor apartment with own private entrance, located in the town centre of Newquay meaning everything is on your doorstep bars, restaurants and only a few minutes walk to Tolcarne beach and Newquay train station. Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed at an extra charge £20 per stay. Please do make me aware of you do want to bring a dog as have a few house rules for them. We have maps in the pictures above of where the free parking is which is 2/3 mins walk away. The beautiful apartment sleeps up to 4 people as we have a very comfortable thick Sofabed which turns into a Superking when out please select how many people are visiting so we can have this set up for you. The bedroom is very cosy and we have a dimmed lamp for nice relaxing mood and the bed is extremely comfortable memory foam sprung with drawers and wardrobe plenty of storage for your clothes! In the bathroom we have a very powerful shower with the rainfall head or the handheld one. Tea,Coffee,Shampoo,Conditioner,Shower Gel, Laundry Soap are all provided for your stay. Parking - There are 2 nearby roads Edgcumbe gardens & Elliot gardens which have free parking only short 2 minutes walk away and there is a car park which is FREE from October - May and chargeable outside of these times. Self check in I will send you instructions on how to get in a day before arriving. The location of the apartment couldn't be better its centrally located in the town centre minutes walk to the train station and the beautiful Tolcarne beach. So you can grab your beach gear and your surfboard and stroll down to the Newquay's best beaches. Moments away in the town centre there are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants with some spectacular views over looking the beach there's so many places to choose from. If your wanting to cook indoors you will have the choice of a many supermarkets there is Asda and Aldi on the doorstep and further into the town you have Sainsburys. Parking options - Elliot road and Edgecombe gardens roads and have free parking along them. Or there is a car park at the end of the road which is FREE from October - May (outside of these months it’s £8 per day) If you prefer to have something more permanent if your staying for a week the train station offer reasonably priced long stay prices at £56 for a whole week (which is on the doorstep of property) Or if travelling by train you will be 100 meters away no need to lug heavy bags around.
