Nestled on the far northeast end, and approximately 10 miles east of the town of Ramona CA, you will find a haven from civilization. Websterbilly Ranch backs to the Cleveland National Forest. Stay in a luxury motorhome with all the amenities of home The space includes a King Sized bed with full Closets and Dresser and closing door to the main suite. Outside the main suite are two bunk beds, both with DVD players. In the main room are two fold out beds that accommodate two people each. There is a fully functioning kitchen with oversize refrigerator, oven and microwave. All dishes, pots and pans are included as well as staples for cooking. The front has a flat screen television with surround sound. However there is no cable, just DVDs We provide all linens, toiletries and kitchen items. Outside we can provide a gas BBQ and/or fire pit upon request and availability. Also a separate WebsterBilly ranch liability form will need to be complete upon arrival. Copy available upon request This is a standalone motorhome. You must to run the generator in order to run any appliances (excluding lighting) within the motorhome. We provide six hours of run time per day. Quiet time is from 11pm to 7 in the morning. There is a $25 fee for running the generator during those hours or more than six hours per day, per occurrence. Guest Access is through a separate drive next to the main house directly to the motorhome. Parking can accommodate as many as needed. Please note that the driveway is 1/2 mile dirt road. It is graded but can be rough. Don't need 4wd unless it rains. We will be available at any time either by text, phone or open communication. We want you to have a fabulous stay, so anything we can do to make it fabulous, just ask!! There is 50 acres in front of our property and we back to the Cleveland National forest so you feel like you are all alone, yet a mile away is civilization. We are located approximately 45 miles away from San Diego Airport (about 1 hour away) and 10 miles from the town of Ramona. We suggest you buy groceries in town prior. There is no public transportation however, I believe that Ramona has a Lyft, taxi or uber available. Check prior to coming to make sure. At night, forever stars light the sky and you can hear nothing but the nightlife of nature. Stay in a One bedroom, One bath fully functional Luxury Motorhome on the back portion of a functioning ranch. Enjoy the potbelly pig and peacocks as well as the aviary of finches, doves and canaries. Laugh at the pygmy goats as they chase each other and marvel at the horses as their beauty glistens in the sunshine of the morning. Websterbilly ranch is also within walking or a short driving distance from Cedar Creek and Mount Gower trailheads. We are 3 miles away from San Vicente Resort if you would like a round of golf or a great restaurant. Only 2 miles away is a world class spa and wellness resort. Close to the fabulous wineries of Ramona and just a jaunt from town, you may find a little nightlife at Mainstage Concert Hall or dinner at the wonderful restaurants of Ramona. Antique malls, thrift shops, additional hiking and more are just a small ride away. Return to your haven to enjoy your luxurious surroundings and relax. We are in a wilderness area. Generator is also limited to six hours per day. After that there is a $25/hr charge. We are unable to have wood fires however we provide a propane fire pit base upon availability. Limited to one5 gallon can. Additional cans are available for $20 charge. Up to you...Animal cruelty or intimidation will be grounds for immediate termination of your stay. we are not responsible for issues that are out of our control. For example, power outages, flooding, plumbing problems. We will make every effort to fix any items that may arise, but we will not refund due to issues out of our control. No pets. Awning cannot be extended due to the unpredictable winds here. You should bring an easy up or shade cover or we can rent you ours for $10/per night.
