Welcome to Rothewells B&B “Our home is a happy home" We look forward to meeting guests from all over the world and help to assist them with visits to Liverpool, Southport and all surrounding areas. We are only 10 miles to the city centre and with well serviced with public transport 100 yards away and motorway links a mile away. We are 2 miles to the beach. 4 miles to Liverpool and Everton Football. 3 miles to Aintree Races 1 mile to Wetlands with beautiful wild life ideal for the Twitchers. The room you are looking at is a standard double room or a room with 3 singles if required with separate but private bathroom incorporating a walk in shower, low level WC and hand basin. Should you require use of a bath then our family bathroom is welcome to all. Our home has ample parking for in excess of 6 cars. There are two excellent, warm and family welcoming pubs within walking distance along with two supermarket chains and shops a short five minute walk away. Guests will have access to main lounge (unless it is a group booking )kitchen and utility room plus all utility equipment. Place to leave outdoor wear and wet clothing. Inside and outside drying areas We interact as much or as little as you would choose. We are there to make a friendly welcoming cup of tea or coffee on arrival. Breakfast is served in the conservatory you can eat alone or join us in the household. The choice is yours. Please let us know your preference Our property is well serviced for access to Liverpool or Southport . We are in a good position for Football matches at Anfield or Everton. Plus we are close to the sea and the Marina. We have great facilities for anyone who needs to work while they are visiting . Desks and all the equipment available. Full wifi . Car is the best system. As we have excellent parking facilities and are near to the Motorway. However, we have buses and a great Taxi Service. We offer a personal service to take guests to the venues of their choice and bring you back when required this can be organized when you are here or by prior arrangement once you have booked. Please note that whilst we do not mention children the room would accommodate 2 children sharing with the parents. Travel Cot can be Supplied please let us know if you need it. Our garden is very welcoming for children. We also have lots of toys available for them to play with. A small fee would be added of £5 per child which includes their breakfast.
