Our two storey home is nestled on a ridge with towering cliffs and rainforest behind us and ocean views looking out to Pioneer Bay with Double Cone and Haymen Islands beckoning. Our colour drenched gardens never cease to provide delight and fascination. The upper level is totally refurbished and private. The spacious bedroom has reverse cycle airconditioning, a smart TV with beautiful views and privacy. The bathroom has abundant light and views out to sea with a separate toilet. As long term locals with a passion for life and the outdoors, our haven surrounds you with succulents, driftwood and pumice in every direction. Our theme of clean riversand replacing lawn is unique. The garden at the front of our home has a table and chairs so you can feel the sand between your toes and enjoy a part of our succulent garden, take the time to unwind. Access to rear gardens and deck from 8am to 8pm. Front yard and designated smoking area adjacent to carport anytime. It would be very rare for either of us to be unavailable to assist with any enquiries. Helen being a well respected local Marriage Celebrant, may be off tying the knot at one of the many beautiful locations our area is known for. We look forward to being known as one of those gems in the future. Our home is in a quiet and picturesque culdesac with the main traffic being local walkers enjoying the scenery. It would be beneficial to have your own transport, but if arriving by air the local shuttle bus will bring you to our door. The public bus service is approx. a kilometre away which can offer you transfers to Proserpine, Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour. If we are available we will be happy to drop you to the bus stop. We are five kilometres from Airlie Beach and the Reef Gateway Hotel is in walking distance offering bistro and gaming.
