Private Room in Sharing Arts Center

It is a Private Room with bathroom in art space. Entire room is made with special creative approach and esthetics by artists. Here you will have your full privacy including bathroom. The room has also air conditioner, which is very valuable for the summers. The grocery shop next to us is open for 24 hours which gives extra comfort for visitors. It is a Private Room in an artist-in-residence space and often we have guests from art field. There are artworks and liberty in English, French, German about Armenia and art community in general. All room is made with special creative approach and esthetics by artists. Here you will have your full privacy including bathroom. The room has also air conditioner, which is very valuable for the summers. The room is in the 2nd floor of the building, where are 2 more private rooms for visitors. The washing machine is in the same floor, just in front of the door to the room, where is little kitchen to make tea and coffee. A little corridor leads towards open balcony and wooden staircase, taking to the downstairs, where is main kitchen, fully furnished with gas, microwave, refrigerator and bar desk. Downstairs is a large space, with to entrance doors; one takes to the garden, one to the main entrance of the building. Downstairs is sharing space with the other visitors. Neighborhood description It is nice neighborhood, everybody likes it and finds their own interest and reason why they like. Summer time is really enjoyable to hung out in the café nearby. Mainly it is surrounded with many small fruit, food and dressing shops, bistros, pizzeria, pub. There is a Botanical Garden next to us, about 1 km away. There is another entertainment park about 2 km away from us, called Park of Victory, with very nice panorama view to the City of Yerevan and Mt. Ararat. Getting around It is very convenient with public transport, 1-2 min walk to the bus stops. Taxi from city center to there will cost $2-3. If there is no traffic it takes 15 min to get to the city center by bus. There is parking place just in front of the building. The easiest get to the flat from the airport is taxi, since mainly international flights arrive in very early morning and there is no other option. I can arrange picking my guests up from the airport meeting them there for extra charge $ 10-12. For airport pick up and drop off the price will be 16-20 $ total, depending how long will I wait in the airport. It is close to the North Bus Station, where you can take bus to the North of Armenia, Lake Sevan, Dilijan, Ijevan, Tavush...
