Coomassie Studio - a touch of Tuscany near Sydney

Comfortable, yet very basic ammodation in an old house requiring renovation. The studio consists of a 19th century kitchen converted into a bedroom, a humble bathroom, and a kitchenette with high benches - ok for warming up a meal, but not suitable for cooking. Small sunroom. You will like it if you choose rustic simplicity with an original sandstone fire place over contemporary comfort. Electric blankets. Parking on the property. No allocated garden area or outdoor sitting. IMPORTANT: If you intend to use the fire place PLEASE BRING A BAG OF CHUNKY FIREWOOD (to be purchased at any petrol station). We will supply fire starters and kindling. Unfortunately we could not sustain our very reasonable prices while supplying timber. Hope this is not an issue for you. IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG please note: One dog only. The studio is dog friendly - assuming your dog is well behaved, and friendly towards other dogs and cats. The gates remain open throughout the day and at night. WE ASK YOU TO KEEP THE DOG ON THE LEAD WHEN ON THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE YOUR STUDIO. The garden area is a shared space with lots of young and delicate plants and cannot be used as a doggie park. Easy access, parking on the property, 2 steps, single floor. Peaceful, safe and very friendly. Easy access by car with parking space on the property. 15 min walk to Faulconbridge station. 20 min by car or train to Wentworth falls.
