Sardegna – Emerald coast Cugnana Verde Resort

Studio apartment for rent that sleeps 4 in Resort with live entertainment, pool, tennis court, volleyball court, small soccer field. 4,5Km from Rena Bianca beach. Shuttle service is available (beach/resort) for a fee. The services for the Resort are provided from June 10th to Sept. 10th ,however the studio apartment is available for rent also outside this period. The price includes utilities, end of stay cleaning, and the badge for the resort. The end of cleaning fee will be waived for a stay of at least 7 days. Sheets, towels and table cloth are not provided. It is possible however to request in advance sheets and towels for Euro 25/person per week to pay directly in Portisco. Up to May 31st and after August 31st, an 80% discount will be applied to the second week. Access throughout all areas of the residence. No extra charges applicable for the Club Resort badge since you will be my guests (for your information the cost of the badge is 26 euro/person). I have a contact on site available for any emergency. Touristic Resort with approximately 1,000 units situated on a hill site overlooking Cugnana gulf and Porto Rotondo. There are restaurants, bars and tobacco shops in the Village. It is possible to reach the residence by bus (the bus stop is approximately 1 km far from the resort) or by taxi which of course is more comfortable but more expensive. I can advise contact information of someone that at a reasonable price will provide transportation. The studio apartment has a private patio with table, chairs, and umbrella convenient for outdoor entertainment.
