Comfy, bright, cute flat in the very heart of Sai Ying Pun, a cool, very convenient residential area on HK Island with a long history and character. Only 1 minute to the metro. Close to Central. Fully furnished, fully equipped. Flat: Fully furnished with wifi, washer, fridge, air-con, TV, DVD player, dehumidifier, neck massager, foot massager, double bed, coffee maker, dining table that can be unfolded to seat 6, TV, DVD player, hi-fi, dehumidifier, ceiling fan, air-con, etc. Location: Only 1 minute from Sai Ying Pun metro. This is a trendy area with an interesting history, only 10 minutes to SoHo, Central. Plenty of restaurants & supermarkets around. The building of this apartment is on a quiet street facing historical buildings. The building has 24-hour security. The whole apartment is for you to enjoy. Sai Ying Pun is an exciting, up-and-coming district on Hong Kong Island. The street is unique and has a lot of character. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around, as well as a beautiful historical building dating back 1892, a quaint old brick house and a sports ground. Life is easy here, with plenty of good retaurants (French, Italian, Thai, Japanese, Spanish, Cantonese noodles, etc), convenience stores, grocery shops, laundry shops, supermarkets and a wet market. An escalator has been installed a few years ago, making life even easier and the neighbourhood livelier. From the tramway, you walk uphill a bit and there are escalators transporting you all the way to the Mid-Levels, where there are banks, more laundry shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood is an interesting mix of people: urbane types, young professionals, expats from different parts of the world, down-to-earth locals and laid-back, friendly elderly people. Getting around is super easy! Walk one street up and in 30 seconds you will reach Sai Ying Pun metro station. It takes you just one or two minutes more to hop onto a train. Central is just 2 quick stops away! There are also plenty of buses and minibuses going to different parts of HK. You can also walk down to Hollywood Road by a stairway about 7 minutes away.
