Perranporth is a beautiful sea side village in Cornwall, there is 3 miles of sandy beach and you can walk to the town and the beach from the property it is just a 5 minute walk down hill. There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests, 2 bathrooms and enclosed rear garden. 1 bedroom has full size bunk beds and the other 3 all have twin beds which can be connected to make king size beds. The property has parking for 4 cars directly in front of the property. Outside: French doors lead onto a decked area and into the enclosed garden where there is a dinning area sauna seating area and fire pit/ bbq area Just a short downhill stroll from Camm House there are numerous small shops, tearooms, coffee shops, restaurants, bars in the village of Perranporth as well as the magnificent beach with its 3 miles of soft golden sands. The beach is a popular surf spot, but also has many areas for safe swimming, with lifeguards operating throughout the main season. Many places of interest can be reached within a short drive, such as the Eden Project, a fantastic fun park at Holywell Bay, Newquay zoo, many swimming pools, National Trust parks and a variety of beautiful and interesting gardens and amazing coastal walks.
