Casa Meena - Sea view villa 2 bedrooms

On Serenity Beach, with a wonderful sea view, fully equipped villa with a direct access to the beach, 2 bedrooms with A/C (which is an extra cost of 500 INR / day total) and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large terrace. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests only. There is NO private parking but it is easy and safe to park near the villa. We do not have any meal service but food delivery is easy if you do not wish to cook. PLEASE NOTE that Serenity Beach is in Tamil Nadu State limits. On the most beautiful beach in Pondicherry area, 5 kilometers from the heart of the City, nice house house with amazing view on the sea with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can accommodate a maximum of 6 people only. One bedroom is having a double bed, the second room is having one double bed and two single beds, each room is having air conditioning which is an option for 500 INR per day. We do not provide any meal service but there is kitchen fully equipped, if you do not wish to cook and use the kitchen, there is 3 restaurants on the beach itself and food delivery is very easy. Internet WIFI included as well as the services of a cleaning lady every day. There is also a nice terrace on the 1st floor to enjoy amazing view on the Indian Ocean, there is a table for dining and two sofas to relax. Villa Casa Meena is located on the beach named "Serenity Beach". The area is very safe, I live and work there for the last 5 years and we never had any issue. Please note that even if the area is a very touristic place, this is still a fishermen village and we all live peacefully, also as many tourists are coming on week-end and holidays, some noise can be there on this time. Electricity in Tamil Nadu can be an issue and this is totally out of our control. But hopefully, power cuts are usually for few minutes only and the villa is equipped with UPS (battery) for lights and fans. We request valid ID proof for registration (PAN Card not allowed) for check-in, this is mandatory, outside visitors are not allowed and the number of guests indicated on Airbnb can’t be exceeded. We can help you for 2 wheeler rental easily, advice you for auto or bus. The house is fully equipped, there is bed sheets and towels, all that you need for cooking, Internet WIFI and cleaning service every day. I am always available by Internet or telephone, and I am living close by much time of the year. I always prefer to respect the privacy of my guests but me or my assistant, we are there if you need. Located 5 kilometers from the historic center of Pondicherry, Serenity Beach allows you to enjoy the most pleasant beach in the area. The village is very quiet and very popular with European and foreigners. There is two restaurants on the beach. Access from the center of Pondicherry is very easy by rickshaw or taxi or scooter. I can help you for Rickshaw drivers I know or to rent a scooter to get around easily. I can arrange taxi from Airport. This means that sometimes AC can stop working for few minutes, this is unpredictable. This house is a private villa, this is not a compound in a big city, it means that sometimes some small insects can be there, we make regular pest control and we can provide repellent if needed, do not hesitate to ask me or my assistant. Also some lizards can be there, please note that in the area it is considered as lucky animals and useful as they kill bad insects, local people don't like to kill them.
