House In The Woods (B)

This is a house that I live in and rent 2 bedrooms. This is one bedroom with a double (full) bed . The house sits on 4 acres of woods and has no close neighbors. No Pets, Please. Two full baths -one on the first floor, one on the second floor (both might be shared), 2 bedrooms are available (one double bed in each - priced separately), large family room, kitchen and dining room . The house is surrounded by lawn with pool, gazebo and pergola in the back. This is a very quiet and peaceful place to relax. Or build a bonfire and enjoy an evening outdoors. A baby grand piano is available for those who like to 'tickle the ivories'. The swimming pool is available June through August (Please, no glass near the pool) and Bocce is one of our favorite lawn games. Guests may access a Living room, Kitchen, Dining room, TV room, Laundry room. I am available most of the time. Good conversation or inquiries about local activities is always appropriate. This is a very quiet, rural neighborhood. Lots of trees, squirrels and birds. No immediate neighbors. There is limited public transportation in Edinboro (2.5 miles). Not handicapped accessible.
