I provide Guests with hotel quality linen and towels, and use of the Laundry, if needed. Bathroom amenities are also supplied. A doorlock has been installed on the guest bedroom door so you can store your valuables when going on your daily outings. The bed is a new Queen bed, with an additional foam mattress and Woolen Underlay added for comfort. The room is extremely comfortable and relaxing. Please note that prior Jan 2017, I had a Sofabed in the Guest Bedroom, all reviews in 2016 related to that . Jan 2107 I upgraded the room to a new Queen bed and Mattress. I am happy to provide guests with a light breakfast of yogurt, fruit and cereals; coffee and tea, if wanted. I welcome you to share the Kitchen if you are cooking at home. You are also welcome to use the Front and Back courtyards, which are perfect for outdoor eating or reading with a glass of wine. I have installed a lock on the guest bedroom door so you can store your valuables when daily travelling. There is a Gym in the garage which can be accessed at certain times, under supervision. The home is conveniently located near Restaurants of any cuisine, Nature Park, Leisure centre . Great nature walk minutes from front door. And a local leisure centre with Pool, plus a squash centre close by. Bus services to City or Chatswood directly outside property. Major train services only 15mins walk away. A 10min walk gets you to the Royal North Shore Hospital. Get your daily exercise with 40 return nature walk to Middle Harbour Everything is less than 10mins away , including the centre of Sydney CBD and the fabulous shopping centre, Chatswood Chase, both accessible by public transport. The Royal North Shore Hospital is only 10mins away on foot, and Channel Nine is on the neighbouring street.
