On the other side of the house you have a fully fenced inground pool and BBQ area. You will find plenty of play equipment ... trampoline, swing set, play fort, & plenty of reserve for the kids to run around & a path along the water’s edge to go for a walk or bike ride, you will find 2 parks along the pathway. Lake Munmorah is a quiet residential area, if you are wanting to party hard this is NOT the house for you as the neighbours will not appreciate the disturbance of loud music, and partying. Lake Munmorah is approx. 50 mins from the start of the M1 (Sydney) & approx. 40 mins from Newcastle. It is a quiet coastal suburb at the top end of the Central Coast. No bath towels are provided.
