Stable Cottage is an extremely comfortable cottage which is all on one level and has been recently renovated to a high standard. This seaside home is located in Sandwich Bay, which is one of the most privileged positions in the area, tucked away within the private estate leading up to the beach which is accessed via its own toll gate. It backs onto the famous Championship Golf course of Royal St George's so is a perfect spot for golfers. A short distance away along a private road are Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club and Princes Golf Club. This would be an ideal golfing holiday or indeed for a family seaside break. The cottage offers short breaks all year round. Ground floor Entrance Enter through double doors at the front of the cottage. This property is all on one level. Sitting room The sitting room is a lovely large and open plan room with french doors opening on to the garden. This room has a comfortable sofa, armchair and TV. Kitchen A well designed, fully equipped kitchen with a large table with seating for up to six people. Twin bedroom with en-suite A good size twin room with an en-suite shower, WC and basin. Twin bedroom with en-suite A second similar size twin room with an en-suite shower, WC and basin. Outside A very large private, lawned garden. Additional information The accommodation has Internet access. Underfloor heating in the kitchen/sitting room. Strictly no smoking. Dogs are welcome but please note that the owner has a spaniel which lives next door. The property is not suitable for toddlers due to a nearby pond and swimming pool. You have access to the entire house. We are available throughout your stay Sandwich Bay itself boasts 5 miles of private and sandy beach. The beach is one of the best for shrimping in the UK! The picturesque Tudor town of Sandwich is 2 miles away and has a rich cultural heritage as one of the Cinque Ports. It has lots to see and do including an independent cinema, delicatessan and grocers, and many events in the town centre throughout the year. Kent's calmer coastal and inland waters are ideal for kayaking and canoeing. Aficionados paddle the three spectacular routes that set out from both Sandgate and Sandwich Bay, or make for St Margaret's to glide below Kent's remarkable White Cliffs.
