Each room has a fridge, TV, radio, large wardrobe, with tea and coffee facilities. Option to rent just one, or both bedrooms. Convenient access to courtyard is from the bedroom. There is an undercover car space if you need it. A laundry and clothes line is available Both bedrooms are on the ground level. I am available if you need me, I live on the upper levels,however I'm not at home a lot. So you will have your own privacy and autonomy. Access is via a key safe. The street is very quiet but is within walking distances to most places and events of interest I am very close to public transport though most places and events you would walk to.
