The room is furnished with wood floor and a single bed in the size of 1.40 x 2,00 m. Internet connection, TV, spacious work desk with a large swivel chair. Big windows overlooking the garden. The beautiful colorful kitchen has all the necessary equipment: steam cooker, vitroceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathtub. A separate toilet is available in the front part of the living room. The house has a large terrace, that can be shared upon request. It has a very nice garden. If you like green areas, here it is the right place; it's particularly beautiful in the summer. Some supermarkets, shops (pharmacy, optician, bookstore, etc.) and restaurants are within a walking distance in about 10 minutes. A bicycle to ride from and to the train station is also available. The tenant also speaks English. It is 10 minutes walk to "Baldham" suburban train station. The journey from there to the exhibition takes about 15 min, 24 min to Marienplatz, and 27 minutes to Central Station! Costs include use of bathroom and kitchen.
