Red Beach Comfy, perfect location for SEA and CITY

Clean, newly renovated home only 5mins walk to the beach. Shopping/Restaurants at Orewa, Silverdale and Albany are conveniently close, while historic Puhoi, Matakana and Warkworth are easy to get to. AUCKLAND CBD is just 30 minutes away. Clean, sunny house with two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry/kitchenette on the ground floor. Guests have full access to this space and can come and go as they please. On the guests floor we have Tea, Coffee, Milk set up in the kitchenette which you are welcome to help yourself at any time. There is a small table with stools in the kitchenette . We have a large shower, bath and vanity complete with the essentials. Separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds. Both have wardrobes and heaters. main bedroom has a Flat screen TV and two chairs. Owners space - Up stairs we have a lounge, kitchen dining room and master bedroom. Guests have full access to the private ground floor guest area which is separated by a lockable door. We have a BBQ and seating area under cover for our guests to use at any time as well as a fully heated Spa. We will give our guests as much support and hospitality as we can to make their stay a wonderful friendly one but also give you privacy to come and go as you please. Very quite and safe street in wonderful beach town. 5 minutes drive away is beautiful Orewa, it has large safe beach patrolled by lifeguards throughout the summer months, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to suit young and old. Red Beach has a safe beach also patrolled in the summer and is approximately a 10min walk. You can walk along the sand to the end where you will find the Red Beach surf & squash club offering a friendly bar and restaurant and a view to sit and admire. We have plenty of off street parking and space to take a van. Easy access from the road on a flat level. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes walk from the house. Getting to Auckland from here is 30mins by car if you avoid peak traffic times. We have plenty of off street parking. Red Beach is a very safe and quiet area.
