On walking distance of the famous royal Palace Soestdijk, but also with some great walking and cycling trails through the forrest, dunes, heathlands and flat lands, you will find our house in Soest. The villa of +-150m2, in the centre of the Netherlands, offers three parking spots and a big private garden of around 200m2 including hottub and lounge area. Historical Amersfoort is on 8km, Utrecht 15km & Amsterdam 40km. You can also take the train from one of the three trainstations close by. The house is located in Soest and has a nice 200m2 private backyard garden, where you can enjoy the Hottub (additional €60,- for two days, €80,- for three days, one week €125,-, this includes wood and fresh clean water), plenty of space for kids to play, sunbathing, BBQ, or just chill at the outside dining table with a nice fire. we also have a new porch with a fireplace for the cozy summer and winter evenings. we can provide you wood for 15euro's per day of use. You may also bring or buy your own. The house is detached and is around 150m2 with three levels. Ground floor: - Large Hallway with coat rack, toilet and stairs. - Living room with couch, fireplace, dining table and kitchen. 1st floor: - Bathroom with, toilet, bath and shower. - Master bedroom with kingsize bed. - Second bedroom with two single beds. Preferably for children 2nd floor: - kingside bed - Office desk - bookcase I am always a phone call or message away and pleased to assist you if needed.
