Apartments + pool near Lake Bolsena

Agriturismo Casale Le Crete is a recently renovated old stone farmhouse and offers 6 independent apartments . The house is located along the Via Francigena, next to the border with Tuscany and Umbria at a few minutes from Lake Bolsena with its swimming beaches. Our 6 apartments (Timo, Mentha, Lavanda, Salvia, Origano, Rosmarino) have been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 5 persons. They are about 50 square metres and all have two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, central heating, TV and WiFi. Adjacent to the house is a shared swimming pool, located in a particularly panoramic position and surrounded by ancient trees. For our guests there is also a brand new tennis court, a playground for children, a barbecue and a shared laundry area with washing machine and ironing board. I do not live at the casale but very nearby and will be available for any queries that you might have. Upon arrival I will be waiting for you and show you around, inform you about our beautiful territory and things to do and during your stay I will be more than happy to answer any questions or help you out with restaurant reservations, tips on the area or other assistance you might need! Our territory, where to start? There are so many hidden gems in this unspoiled and rather unknown but therefore not less beautiful part of Italy that - for now - I will just give you a few pointers. For water rats and sun lovers there is the beautiful volcanic Lake Bolsena, for mountain lovers the Monte Amiata, for hiking lovers the Riserva Naturale Monte Rufeno, for culture lovers there are the small medieval villages Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana and Orvieto, for food and wine lovers there are many local so-called 'Sagre' (local food festivals in small villages) and for relax-and-do-nothing-lovers we have a nice pool and barbecue area.. As we are located outside the town of Acquapendente (1 km) a car is a must. Uncovered parking at our premises is free of charge. Included in the price are bed linen and towels, water, electricity and gas for cooking, use of swimming pool, tennis court and common laundry area with washing machine. Heating is to paid for when leaving according to consumption (approximately 1 EUR per hour) and for final cleaning we ask the modest fee of EUR 20. Minimum stay is 3 nights off-peak and 7 nights in peak periods. Prices range from EUR 45 to EUR 85 per night per apartment, depending on season.
