You will be in the heart of the Washington DC Tri State area!! We are close all major highways, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . Walter Reed and NIST are just a few minutes away. We live in a quite neighborhood with ample parking. Both my husband and I are working professionals, we only disturb you when you want to be disturbed :)! Your room sleeps 4 (one California king bed, one floor bed if requested. You will be close to public transportation, including malls, parks, train stations ( two within 5 mins) You will have full access to private room and shared bathroom. Luxury California King Bed, Premium Linen sheets, your own smart tv with Netflix included . There is plenty of free street parking, if you would like reserved parking please let us know it is $5 a night. Please Note***** Unfortunately due to a medical condition we cannot host any service animals (or non service) we regretfully apologize. Please also note this is a Smoke Free/Drug Free Home. Bedroom and bathroom We both have hectic schedules and have a son, so if needed we are a quick txt message away. Our home is located in Old town Gaithersburg, 2 mins from Rockville, 20 min Northern Va, 20 mins from Downtown DC and 20 mins to Fredrick. The Marc train station is a 1 min drive or a 5-10 min walk. Metro Rail is 5 min drive (red line). We have Maps available if needed. Great hiking trails and parks around, we would be happy to share, we also have a list in your room. Free Street Parking $5 a night for reserved parking. Laundry is available at $20 a load. Please take shoes off in the house. This is a smoke free and drug free home.
