Our 2 bedroom/2 bath/2 car garage newly remodeled home is ready for your visit. Minutes from Top Golf, IFly, Zoo, Remington Park, Cabella's, Downtown, and Bricktown. Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1: King Bed with attached bathroom; Bedroom 2: queen bed; Common Area: 1 Sofa, 1 queen-sized, double-tall air mattress, 1 pack-n-play. Enjoy our high speed internet, full size appliances including dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. You can sip your coffee or tea on the patio table in the back yard and look out to the recently vacating golf course. We've got you covered with Ultra HD Smart TV, high speed WIFI, local channels and free Netflix etc. Our DirectTV subscription is logged into Itv apps like ABC, ESPN, PBS, History Channel, TNT, CBS, and more for live tv and on demand shows! We have an iron, ironing board, hangers and laundry detergent for laundry. We also have a few games, hair dryer, filtered water, etc. Also, enjoy free private parking right in front of the house in the garage and driveway. We provide a hard copy guidebook on the mantle with a detailed list of some amazing restaurants and entertainment in the area, most within a short Uber drive from the property! There is a locked supply closet we ask guests not to access. Our guidebook is a big help, and feel free to text with any questions. The backyard of our house onlooks a former golf course which offers a nice greenbelt in the midst of our city. The Summit Ridge neighborhood is conveniently located off the access road of one of the major highways in OKC, but the neighborhood is extremely slow-paced and feels very isolated from the city. A little calm in the eye of the storm. Use your vehicle or an Uber! Usually very reasonable price to Uber to Bricktown, downtown, and more.
