Hi! This beautiful apartment is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Winona MN! Everything Winona has to offer is within close proximity. Examples include: Coffee, restaurants, a wine bar, Winona State University, Mississippi River, Lake Winona, hiking trails, Shakespeare Festival, Minnesota Marine Art Museum, and much more! Please allow us to make your next stay in beautiful Winona a memorable one! This beautiful apartment has been recently finished in the heart of downtown Winona MN! In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have provided many amenities in this apartment. You will have access to a full kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, stainless steel appliances (full stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator). The living room has a full size couch, 42 in HD TV with Sling TV (45 cable channels- (Hidden by Airbnb) Sling TV Orange + Blue for a full channel list), Apple TV ( can be used for Netflix, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc) and fast/free Wifi. The bathroom features a wall- to -ceiling tile shower with glass enclosure and a full size vanity. The bedroom has a nice queen size mattress and two walk-in closets Finally, feel free to use the stacked laundry just off the kitchen. laundry detergent will be provided * This unit has two skylights which provide natural light into the apartment. They have remote control blinds that close to darken the space. NOTE: Due to the design of the building, these are the only windows in the apartment. ** This unit does not have access to a thermostat for temperature control. The heating/cooling system keeps the temp at a consistent (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) degrees at all times for multiple units. If guests would like the temperature adjusted, I can adjust it for them upon request. You will have full/private access to the entire apartment. approx 600 sq ft. *There is a public parking lot just outside of the entrance to the unit. NOTE: This parking lot allows over night parking on EVEN NIGHTS ONLY from Nov 15th - March 15th. There are many signs posted in the parking lot with information on where/how to park. On ODD nights, guests can park on the street or in other public parking lots with one block from the apartment. Upon arrival, I will help direct direct you where to park and will explain how it works. We use self check in for all of our guests. I will send over our self check in instructional guide the day before arrival. I am always available via Airbnb message if our guests have any questions or need anything during their stay This unit is located on the main level of an historic brick building in downtown Winona MN. Access to the apartment is located in the back of the building next to a city of Winona public parking lot.
