Yew Tree Farm - The Stables

The Stables is a 1 bedroom detached stable conversion with a private garden and pond situated within the grounds of Yew Tree Farm and with views over the surrounding countryside to the Bickerton Hills in the distance. The Stables is a detached 1 bedroom cottage on our smallholding. It is set in 10 acres of land which is also home to our 2 dogs, horse, goats, geese, ducks and chickens. We provide a welcome pack with breakfast supplies and there are 2 excellent pubs nearby, the Cholmondeley Arms (2mls) and the Swan (3mls). The Stables is fully self contained with 1 bedroom, shower room, separate toilet, kitchen with breakfast area and living room overlooking its own private garden and pond. There is convenient parking outside the accommodation (please close the gate on the drive behind you). We live in the main house across the drive and guests are welcome to come to the house to speak with us if they need any assistance. The area is rural and we have a great many farms in the local area. It is a quiet and peaceful locality. The property is in a rural area so you will need a car to commute locally as there is no public transport nearby. The TV has NetFlix, amazon Prime and Catch up but not live broadcast TV.
