Netflix and Stan offered, fast Internet, bbq, Alfresco and fully fenced large back yard. What more could you ask for. 450m to the local beach and a 20 minute stroll to foreshore. 10% discount 7 days or more 20% discount 28 days or more This is a non smoking premises ($200 fee will occur if caught smoking) The shack is fully self-contained with it's own kitchen, bathroom, lounge room and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 2 king single ensembles, perfect for every kind of traveller. (Please note: the second bedroom has no window.) The lounge room has a 2 seater sofa. Netflix and Stan. Bedrooms both have ceiling fans in them and you have a massive split cycle air conditioner in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Including spices, oil, glad wrap, fire blanket and first aid kit. Fridge will have some essential items. Milk, eggs, butter, some spreads, bread, sauces. The shack is in our back yard (detached from the main house) you can access through the carport. You will have full access to the backyard where you can watch your kids run around. Outdoor alfresco with BBQ, perfect for having a couple beverages and listening to the waves crash on the sand. your Hosts are Silvie and Zoe who will help out in any way that we can, we don't mind a laugh and to socialise but we do respect your privacy. Silver Sands is a beautiful part of Australia, nice and peaceful when needed, but still has a kick of night life if required. The picturesque beaches, sunsets and million dollar mansions are all definitely worth the look. Bus stop 3 minute walk, town 25 minute walk, beach 450m, old bikes if wanted, train station 3km away, local shops (IGA, Bakery, Fast food, post office and barber) 5 minute walk, Tavern 5 minute walk. If required and organised local pick up and drop offs can be provided. We have a very energetic Bull Arab called Lexi who is friendly. Please note that there is no smoking allowed on the premises, thank you. We can provide a porta cot, high chair, baby bath, pram upon request.
