Garrys Cottage is a gorgeous home in a friendly, leafy suburb of Coolbellup. Enclosed yard with BBQ and amenities to make it feels like home. A fantastic location for exploring Fremantle (15 minutes away). It is 30 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from the City. We are following the cleaning guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. There will be a 24 hours gap between bookings. Frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and sprayed with alcohol 70%. Charming home with wooden flooring throughout. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized bed each and one bedroom has two king singles. Number of bedrooms available to use depends on number of guests. All with good mattresses and pillows. Good quality linens and towels provided. Kitchen is fully equipped: gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, full size fridge/freezer, pots/pans and crockery plus utensils. Shower area newly renovated. Separate laundry with front loader washer and ironing facility, there is a clothesline outside and a portable drying rack. Dyer might be available on request during the wet season. The big backyard is enclosed, with table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors with the sound of birds early mornings or late afternoons. Gas BBQ provided. A public park with playground is just one street away. Large LCD TV has local channels and Foxtel (paid cable network) for your enjoyment. Free WiFi is available. Reverse cycle Air conditioner is provided in the living room and main bedroom. The other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Alarm system. Carport for 2 cars For families with young children high chair and/or portable cot can be arranged. Fully self contained house on its own block, no shared space. Two of the rooms have locks and access given depending on number of guests. Please specify which rooms you would like when booking. Self check in. We live close by and can be contactable by phone, email or massage should you need assistance during the stay. Coolbellup is leafy suburb with plenty of small parks around the place. It is relatively quiet as there is no through traffic. Location is great: about 10 km from Southbeach and Freo, 5 km from Murdoch Uni and Fiona Stanley Hospital. Shopping at Woolworths or Kardinya Park Shopping Centre just a few minutes drive. Closest bus stop 300m away. Direct bus to Fremantle or train station. Security Deposit is requested to cover damage and extra cleaning if needed. - for damaged item, deposit is to cover repair or replacement of item - please leave property as you find it especially in the kitchen and bathroom. extra cleaning would be charged at $25/hour
