Lounge on the secluded patio garden area adjacent to the room, where you can enjoy a soak in our large hot water spa. A wall of large windows opens onto the lush and private patio, providing excellent ventilation along with the ceiling fan. Supplemental air-conditioning available for those warm muggy summer nights. In winter, the room has a dedicated central heating zone thermostat that guests can adjust for their comfort. Off-street parking close to the entrance to the suite. Easy parking on street as well. Central location 10-15 minutes from downtown Northampton (Smith College), Easthampton (great restaurants), and Springfield (Union Station, MGM Casino, Basketball Hall of Fame20 minutes from Amherst (UMass, Amherst College, Hampshire College); 10 minutes from South Hadley ((Mt Holyoke College). Having a car is the best way to get around. Ride share services are available but they may be limited late at night or very early in the mornings. Bicyclists will enjoy exploring the miles of dedicated bike trails connecting Holyoke with Easthampton, Northampton, and Amherst. Public transit: Amtrak trains to/from New York, Philadelphia, DC and Vermont serve Holyoke train station several times a day. There is city bus service to/from Springfield, Northampton and Amherst with a stop just 300 feet away from the house.
