This is a fully equipped cottage with its own front door and it’s own kitchen, living room and it’s own private bathroom. This cottage is perfect for a couple or a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Penddaulwyn Uchaf is a farm house with a fantastic view of the towy valley. Its only 12 minutes away from Carmarthen market town. 20 minutes away from the lovely town of Llandeilo and only 30 minutes away from Swansea city. It’s also very close to several beaches and Castles. Guests will have the whole cottage, they will also be free to use the front porch and the back patio to be able to enjoy the lovely view of the towy valley. Im available at all times. I live next door to the cottage and im available on the phone all day and early evening. The property is surrounded by 60 acres of farm land. It’s very private and very quit but yet still very close to the lovely market town of Carmarthen. A Short drive to several beaches, restaurants and pubs. Guests will need a car to get around.
