A delightful sandstone Herefordshire cottage, in an edge of town location within 5 minutes walk of the picturesque centre of Ross-on-Wye and the famous River Wye. Renovated only 3 years ago providing modern comfort in a building full of character Detached 2 bedroom cottage offering spacious and comfortable accommodation. There is a detailed floor plan schematic in the photo gallery. The 2 storey property accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, sink and WC. The other room upstairs is a spare room which includes a large fitted wardrobe providing ample drawer and hanging space. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and is on the ground floor next to the main bathroom (bath, sink & WC) . The rest of the rooms on the ground floor comprise a sitting room, kitchen and dining room. Sitting room: Furnished with a 2 seat sofa and two matching armchairs, coffee table, 32" Panasonic plasma TV with a myriad of Freesat channels. DVD Player. Kitchen: Fully fitted modern kitchen with, ample work surfaces and cupboards, Neff oven and hob with extractor above, Miele washing machine, Neff integrated refrigerator with small ice box, Microwave oven. Large walk-in pantry cupboard. Dining room: Table + 4 chairs. Tri-fold doors open to provide access to patio area. The Coach House is fully detached with a cottage garden. There is a private patio area with garden table and chairs provided. We live in a detached Georgian house, adjacent to the Coach House. You will be left completely undisturbed. Ross-on-Wye is a traditional market town and tourist location known as the 'Gateway to the Wye Valley'. The Wye Valley is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ross-on-Wye and its environs are such a great place to walk, cycle or just relax in. If you are thinking of taking the opportunity to canoe or kayak on the famous River Wye, then please let us know before booking, as the best local company offers a discount to our Airbnb guests. There are extensive local and national bus services. Those with cars who wish to go further a field can reach Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Birmingham, Stratford on Avon and Cheltenham and the Cotswolds within 90 minutes. If arriving by air then Bristol or Birmingham are both an 80 minute drive away and London Heathrow is just 2 hours away. Chauffered travel to any airport can be arranged on request. The Coach House has central heating in all rooms. Pricing Additional Explanation: The list price quoted for the Coach House is for 2 people per night. There is an additional charge of £20 each per night for guests 3 and 4 - to cover the use of the second bedroom - additional bed linen, towels,
