Getting relocated for work? Need a place to stay while you are at school? Your place is being remodeled? Look no further! My home away from home retreat was created with love for my very OWN family to come stay with us when they visit Chicago. Since they cant fly very often, you can enjoy a very special place. Please treat it with love and be respectful of our furnishings and belongings.  PRIVATE and incredibly Spacious! Beautifully decorated, clutter free, very clean, recently remodeled, central air. Perfect for a single traveler, couple or a whole family! High speed internet, TV + water bottles, coffee maker and snacks. If it’s in the fridge or cabinets guests are free to use them. Washer and dryer as well as elliptical and treadmill inside unit! My home is PERFECT for a visit to Chicago without the downtown prices. Located 35 min. by train or car to the city. Convenient to Midway, and western suburbs. This is a non-smoking home. All are welcome in my home. Guest have access to the full condo MINUS THE OFFICE, HALL CLOSET AND MASTER BEDROOM CLOSET. 2nd Bedroom is open for 4+ guest reservations. The storage room will be locked for your security. There's a small laundry room closet with supplies that is available. Guests are required to let Host know when they first arrive and when they have checked-out. Upon arrival, guest must inform host if there is a missing parking pass. If this is not done and parking pass is missing, guest may be held liable for the parking pass and WILL be responsible for should guest’s car get towed. I will be available over the phone or through text. I ask you to be respectful of my neighbors. Our neighborhood is safe and family oriented. Please note that this condo is part of multiple units in a building and on the property, so you will have neighbors downstairs. There is parking outside (uncovered) in the parking lot. There will be a plastic parking decal in the lockbox that you can place in the drivers front window. Without this parking permit, your car will be towed! Please put the parking permit back in the lockbox at the end of your stay. This is an oversized three bedroom with a delicious queen size bed and master bathroom. The 2nd room holds two twin beds which is available for reservations of 4+ guests, while the third bedroom is used as an office and is off limits to all guests. The living room offers a comfy pull-out sectional 47in TV with Comcast cable.  Our guest will enjoy clean towels, toilet paper (not the cheap kind) soap, and other special toiletries (especially in the kitchen)! In mild traffic, we are 25 minutes from downtown all without the hefty prices. If you need recommendations for dinner or attractions I will gladly suggest my favorites. If you rather stay closer to my home, there are many things to do including visiting the Frank Lloyd Wright house, Brookfield zoo, parks, hikes, Max McCook Athletic & Exposition, Fitzgerald's for a night of open mic and dancing. If you are planning a longer stay, Marshall’s, Walmart, supermarkets and shopping centers and 10 minutes away.  If you arrive with children please watch them carefully. We love to host babies, toddlers, tweens and teenagers as long as adults commit to supervise them. Please note that cribs are not provided.
