The apartment has a double bedroom with tv, a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden area, en-suite with bath & walk in shower. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine & separate dining area. Adjoining the kitchen is the lovely & bright conservatory lounge with 2 sofas & 32inch tv. Step out from the lounge & down 3 steps into a lovely bijou outdoor garden & dining area. Perfect for alfresco wining & dining. Located only 15 minutes away by tram from Manchester & all it's attractions! Free wifi & parking is widely available in our grounds. The room is self service only & we provide linen & cleaning equipment should you require anything. We can service your room for £30. Please let us know the night before. The rate is for room only. A code will be provided on arrival for the front door to come & go as you please. As often or as little as they require. We live on the premises & aren’t usually too far away. We are always contactable by phone should you need anything. Our neighbourhood is very peaceful & quiet. We are located next to a lovely park, ideal for children, dog walkers & joggers alike. A 5 minute walk takes you into Sale & then hop on a tram to Manchester. It'll take you about 10 minutes or so. We are 5 minutes away from the tram (metro link) which runs every few minutes to Manchester City centre. 2 minutes by car to the M60 motorway network. 10/15 minutes to Manchester airport by car. 10/15 minutes by tram to Manchester Piccadilly train station.
