Self Contained Guesthouse In Peaceful Villa Garden

This newly built guesthouse is in our lush garden in the heart of Gamla Enskede. We are just a few minutes walk from the local subway, Sandsborg. In the immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes & shops, including Gamla Enskede Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza & Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house has it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet. It is ideal for couples & solo travellers A fully private guesthouse overlooking our nice garden in the charming villa area of Gamla Enskede. Built in 2015, with an inside space of 15 m2. The inside space is open plan, with the kitchen & bathroom at one end & the comfortable relax / sofa / bed zone at the other. 2 windows provide lots of natural light. The kitchen area has a small fridge, a 2- ring hotplate, and a sink with hot & cold water. Plates, glasses, pots'n'pans & full cutlery are provided The small bathroom is fully tiled and has a toilet, a 'Stockholm shower', underfloor heating, a small sink with mirror cupboard. It also houses the hot water system. The guesthouse is fully insulated for winter temperatures and has it's own electrical fusebox. You are welcome to enjoy our lush garden ! We can provide a laundry service for guests with longer stays. The guesthouse is in our garden. We are a family of 3 so there is normally someone around to help you if you have any questions, problems, or need some local advice. Our area, Gamla Enskede, is a great place to stay ! It is just 15 minutes from central station by subway, yet it maintains a village atmosphere. We have a choice of nearby cafes, bars & restaurants, including Gamla Enskede Matbod, Gamla Enskede Bageri & Tomatis pizza. There are a few parks in the neighbourhood including Skogskyrkogården, a World Hertitage site. Our house is about 7 minutes walk from the closet subway station, Sandsborg. If you are coming from central Stockholm, take the green line, train no. 18, direction towards Farsta Strand. The journey to Sandsborg will take about 10 - 15 minutes to our station We provide a self-service vegetarian breakfast. (Mostly organic) Fresh bread, rice cakes, crackers, butter, eggs, cheese, marmalade, jam, yoghurt, cornflakes, Granola & orange juice, along with coffee, tea & milk.
