Tay Tays Tuition

My home is set one mile out of the city limits of Victoria on a one acre lot. There are 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms, an office with a treadmill, a living room, a kitchen with attached dining room and sunroom overlooking the pool and hottub. The backyard area is very nice and relaxing. Guests will have an entire side of the house to themselves including their own bathroom. The bedroom is getting updated with new carpet and decor. Pictures will be listed when it’s completed. My home is your home. Guests will have their private bedroom and bathroom. However they are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, pool and all outside spaces. They are also welcome to use the laundry room. My entire home my guests are welcome to use with the exception of my private bedroom and bathroom. I work in Victoria. I am usually home after 6 in the evenings. I am always available for questions and assistance. I am one mile from Victoria West High School. We do have Uber and taxis in Victoria, but it’s a good idea to have your own transportation. Buses are not an option where I live. I think you will enjoy my house. It’s very peaceful and still close to town. Traffic is not an issue.
