There is plenty to do nearby with the Big Pit National Coal Museum and the Festival Park Shopping Village being less than 5 miles away and the Brecon Beacons National Park is approx 30 minutes drive from the house for walking, hiking and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. It is around a 45 minute drive into Swansea and the same to Cardiff and there is a train station in Ebbw Vale town with a direct link to Cardiff and trains running every hour. There is ample parking at the station, which is only a few minutes drive away or approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the house. It is around a 20 minute drive to BikePark Wales, the UK's first full scale mountain bike park, located in the nearby town of Merthyr Tydfil and West Mon Golf Course is approximately 15 minutes drive.
