My room on offer is large & comfortable, queen bed with electric blanket & panel heater on the wall for frosty Bathurst weather & ceiling fan too. New double glazed windows help keep the cold in winter and the heat in summer at bay. Walk to town & enjoy local restaurants aplenty or catch the bus down the corner of the street. I have another double bedroom listed for guests who have family & friends wanting to stay in my home. Please see ‘Another private room with comforts of home’ One large room with a queen bed on offer, space to relax and be comfortable. Warm in winter, panel heater in room & electric blankets. UVPC double glazed windows for comfort. Some storage for your luggage. Close to town & all Bathurst has to offer. There is a separate bathroom near this room, also a separate toilet . You can come sit in the front shared lounge room & enjoy coffee from my Breville machine or Tea in the afternoon sunshine. Its lovely out on the shared deck if its a warm morning to have breakfast there and enjoy the country views & see Mount Panorama from the back yard. Its a large home so plenty of room to find a private space, even on the front patio. I put the wood fire on for warmth & ambiance in winter but also have a great air conditioner. Street parking or if you ask me you can park on the front lawn. Tea & coffee supplied, some breakfast provisions to get you started. Bathroom will only be shared if other double room is booked. As I work I am often not home but will flit in & out. I am happy to sit & share a cuppa with you & tell you about the trendy Keppel St shops & restaurants or how to get to Millthorpe .I do go to Sydney occasionally so I may not be here when you come! I just love the beautiful fresh country air. Enjoy a somewhat slower pace with not much traffic and no crowds, except for the Bathurst 1000 Race week. Come see stars unhindered by city lights and drive not too quickly around the famous Mount Panorama race circuit. Drop into the local wineries or take a day trip to Orange. Come to Bathurst, the oldest inland city. Its a 30 minute walk into town, get a taxi home its uphill then..or catch the bus at the end of my street, less than 2 minutes walk away. Park out the front or on my front lawn. There is an airport in Bathurst, its about 17 minutes away by car. Bathurst 1000 Race nights are priced on request. please enquire. July school holiday we have the Illuminate Bathurst event with ice skating and a Ferris wheel in the park near Annie's Ice Creams. Enjoy seeing heritage & other buildings illuminated, then grab an ice cream. For the littlies there is an excellent Dinosaur park in town as well.
